Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically you can expect to receive your order within 7-14 business days. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Times

Once you place an order, we work quickly to get it out the door! Orders placed on weekdays before 12 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during holidays, will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped, so you’ll always know where your package is!

3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack your items and send them back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged during delivery.

 

Tip: To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Those Studios is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

Exchanges

We want you to get the perfect fit! We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles, depending on availability. If you’re looking to exchange an item, simply follow the return process outlined above, and let us know which size, color, or style you’d prefer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable, but if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
